About
Natosha Barker
Professional Counselor Associate
I have a bachelor’s degree in human development and family sciences from Oregon State University-Cascades I then completed my Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Capella University. I am passionate about co-occurring disorders and strive to help others through their journey of finding themselves once again. I firmly believe that with the proper support and guidance, everyone has the potential to achieve an optimum state of health and well-being. In my practice, I utilize a comprehensive and diverse approach that takes into account various factors, with a particular focus on cognitive-behavioral aspects. This approach allows me to address each individual’s unique needs and challenges, empowering them to make positive and sustainable changes to improve their overall health.

In your counseling sessions, I create a safe and supportive environment where you can express yourself freely. Each session typically lasts about 45-55 minutes and focuses on the individual needs and concerns you are experiencing. We discuss various topics, such as stress, relationships, and personal challenges, using a blend of conversation and therapeutic techniques. Together, we work towards developing coping strategies and building confidence, empowering you to navigate your journey more effectively.
